1. For shipment cost efficiency, shipments should be reach above 100 kg or accordance to 5 boxes.
2. The freight rate clasify to +45 kgm, +100 kgm, +250 Kgm, +500 kgm, +1000 kgm to show the cheaper range.
3. Minimum order quantity is determined to get a better price / special offers.
DELIVERY TIME
1. The cargo space will be booked after we received the payment transfer receipt.
2. The customer will receive the goods 5 days after the payment is registered in our company bank account.
3. This 5 days is needed for quarantine process, fish check and to apply the export documentation.
4. The delivery is made by air plane and normally will reach you within 48 hours. In any case, delivery time depends on air cargo space.
5. We ship from Soekarno Hatta Airport located in Jakarta, Indonesia (CGK).
SHIPPING DOCUMENT
1. Please notify us about the document needed to entrance your country. Each country have dynamic requirements and regulation to avoid clearance problem in the airport destination.
2. Regular Shipping document are Invoice, Packing List, Health Certificates, Air Way Bill and Certificates of Origin (optional).
3. All Shipping document issued by the regulator during the shipment processed in the airport.
The copy of shipping documents will be send by e-mail before the goods arrive to your airport destination.
PACKAGING
1. All the fish are packed in pressurized and oxygenated double polyurethane plastic bags inside styrofoam boxes, followed with corrugated box sealed with appropriate markings of shipment details.
2. The fish packed individually or common appropriate the character of the fish. The packing densities listed on the stock list are only indications for fish packed to endure flight duration excluding unforeseen delays during transit.
